Kệ ("we", "us", "our") provides Kệ Timesheet, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that helps nail salon and small business owners track employee work hours, estimate tip distributions, and view commission summaries. Our service is available at timesheet.kenailapp.com.
By creating an account or using Kệ Timesheet, you ("Owner", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your business.
Kệ Timesheet provides the following features to business owners:
Kệ is not a payroll service, accounting software, or tax preparation service. Specifically, Kệ does not:
You are responsible for using the data from Kệ with a licensed payroll provider or accountant to process actual employee compensation.
As a business owner using Kệ, you agree to:
When you add employees to Kệ, you are providing their information (name, role, PIN, work hours, tip estimates) on their behalf. You represent that you have the right to input this data and that your employees are aware their time and tip data is being recorded digitally.
Employees access the service via a PIN login linked to your business account. They can view their own schedule and hours. They do not have access to other employees' data or business financials.
Kệ Timesheet operates on a subscription basis. Pricing details are available at kenailapp.com/pricing. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis per the plan you select.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@kenailapp.com.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kệ and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Kệ in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Kệ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific business requirements.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay your subscription, or use the service in a way that harms other users or Kệ.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Kệ after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
